Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  
2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to hair accessories, hair tools, and personal care products that have been opened or used.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@SimplyHairBrush.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

1. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at Support@SimplyHairBrush.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@SimplyHairBrush.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
